Booking with us is a conversation, not a checkout. Here is how it works.

Tell us your travel dates, interests and how long you would like to stay in Bhutan.

Itinerary
We prepare a personalised itinerary with a clear price, and adjust it until it feels right.

Confirmation
Once you are happy, we confirm hotels, guides and transport and process your Bhutan visa.

Travel
We meet you in Bhutan and stay reachable throughout your journey.
Payment
Payments for Bhutan travel are made by bank transfer to our company account in Bhutan, together with the Sustainable Development Fee and visa fee required by the Department of Tourism. Full payment details are shared with your confirmed itinerary. Prices depend on travel dates, accommodation, group size and the experiences you choose.
Cancellation
If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms depend on your travel dates and on the hotel and flight bookings already made on your behalf, and are set out in writing in your itinerary confirmation before any payment is due.
